A Caribbean island shaped by nature
Dominica is known for dense rainforest, rivers, hot springs, volcanic landscapes and hiking rather than large beach-resort districts. Morne Trois Pitons National Park is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and contains some of the island’s best-known natural sights.
Popular experiences include Trafalgar Falls, Titou Gorge, Emerald Pool, whale-watching trips, snorkelling and sections of the Waitukubuli National Trail. Conditions, access arrangements and guide requirements can change, so confirm details locally before setting out.
