Privacy Policy
How the VoyaLure website may collect, use and protect personal information.
Last updated: 28 July 2026
1. Who we are
VoyaLure operates the website at voyalure.com. Privacy questions can be sent to privacy@voyalure.com.
2. Information we may collect
Depending on the features you enable, we may collect information submitted through contact or newsletter forms, technical information such as browser type and IP address, cookie preferences, website usage information and records of outbound affiliate-link clicks.
3. Why we use information
We may use personal information to operate the website, answer enquiries, send requested marketing communications, measure website performance, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal bases
The appropriate lawful basis may include consent, legitimate interests, performance of a contract or compliance with a legal obligation. Document the basis used for each processing activity before launch.
5. Travel-provider websites
When you follow a travel link, the provider’s privacy notice applies to information you submit on that provider’s website. VoyaLure does not receive card details entered directly on a third-party checkout.
6. Cookies and affiliate tracking
Affiliate links may contain tracking identifiers. Non-essential cookies or similar technologies should not be activated until valid consent has been obtained where required. See our Cookie Policy.
7. Sharing and processors
We use Netlify to host the website, Google Analytics 4 for consent-based website measurement, and Travelpayouts, Aviasales and QEEQ for affiliate searches and referral attribution. These providers process information under their own privacy terms when their services are used. We do not sell personal information.
8. Retention
Cookie preferences remain on the visitor’s device until cleared. Google Analytics retention is controlled in the VoyaLure Analytics account. Enquiries are retained only for as long as reasonably needed to answer them, maintain necessary business records and meet legal obligations.
9. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent. Add the email address used for privacy requests.
