VoyaLure operates the website at voyalure.com and is responsible for the personal information handled through this website. Privacy questions and data-rights requests can be sent to privacy@voyalure.com.

2. Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to operate, secure and improve VoyaLure. Depending on how you use the website, this may include:

• Information you provide: your name, email address and the contents of an enquiry when you contact us.
• Cookie choices: the consent preference stored on your device after you use the cookie banner or cookie settings.
• Website and device information: browser type, device type, approximate location, pages viewed, referral source and interactions with the website when you consent to analytics.
• Affiliate interactions: information that a partner link was followed, including tracking identifiers used to attribute a referral or commission.
• Security information: technical logs, including IP address and request information, that may be processed by our hosting and security providers.

VoyaLure does not ask for passport details, payment-card information or travel-booking account passwords.

Where we rely on consent, refusing or withdrawing consent does not prevent you from reading VoyaLure’s travel content.

5. Cookies and analytics

6. Affiliate links and travel-provider websites

VoyaLure works with Travelpayouts, Aviasales and QEEQ. Partner links and search tools may contain tracking identifiers so a referral can be attributed to VoyaLure. If you follow a partner link, you leave VoyaLure and the partner’s privacy policy applies to the information you provide there.

Bookings, payments and customer support are handled by the selected third-party provider. VoyaLure does not receive the payment-card details you enter on a provider’s checkout page.

7. Service providers and sharing

We may share limited information with service providers only where needed to operate the website:

• Netlify provides website hosting and related delivery and security services.
• Google Analytics 4 provides consent-based website measurement.
• Travelpayouts and Aviasales provide flight-search and affiliate-referral services.
• QEEQ provides car-hire comparison and affiliate-referral services.

These organisations handle information under their own terms and privacy notices. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights, safety and security of VoyaLure, its visitors or others. We do not sell personal information.

8. International processing

Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where applicable, they are responsible for using an approved transfer mechanism or other lawful safeguard for the information they process.

9. How long we keep information

Cookie preferences remain on your device until they expire or are cleared. Analytics information is retained according to the settings in VoyaLure’s Google Analytics account. Enquiries are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Hosting and security logs are retained according to the relevant provider’s operational and security requirements.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may have the right to ask for access to your personal information, request correction or deletion, restrict or object to processing, request transfer of information you supplied, and withdraw consent.

11. Children’s privacy

VoyaLure is intended for adults researching and arranging travel. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the website. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so visitors should avoid sending sensitive information through ordinary email.
